Their partner, the Projector, possesses an open Sacral and a dormant gate 34. It's this unique combination that sparks the electromagnetic connection between them, forming a complete channel of Charisma. This surge of energy flows into the Projector's Sacral center, providing the vital fuel sought by all Projectors.
